Raw computer (Windows) geek.

Well, things didn't work out with the contract in North Carolina, so I'm going to be staying here in Colorado. It's nice though, I didn't really want to go to NC, I really like it here in Colorado. Lots of like-minded people. I mean, you know you're in an environmentally conscious place when one of the local mayors has his house rebuilt in order to have a lower carbon footprint. I got an offer for North Carolina. One of those "You have to be an idiot to turn me down" offers. So we're leaving Colorado, which we had grown to love, and heading on down to North Carolina in the next 3-7 weeks. I'll be there in 2-3 weeks, with the wife and kids to follow in early August.

We were in Michigan (land of cooked and unhealthy food) for a little over a month due to work stuff and visiting family.

Now we're back and going to buy a bunch of raw food and getting back on track in so many different ways. I've never felt so much like I was really 'coming home' as I have coming back here this week. Even with the crappy stuff (van broke down, internet is down at the house, etc...), it's better to be here than it is to be somewhere else.

It's been one of those weeks...


We fell off the raw 'wagon' and I'm just not in a good place right now.

Anyone who thinks of it, please send some happy thoughts my way, I can use them. I'll try absorbing them up tonight, I think I'm going to spend an hour or so meditating to try and get rid of this bad energy, one way or another.
