About Me:: I live in the country of western Pennsylvania and have been into the Living Food Lifestyle for the past three years, 100%, 99.9% of the time.

I worked in the equine business for 30 years, plus doing volunteer work with therapeutic riding. I love to travel and meet new people. And plan to continue to do more of all the things that I am passionate about.

Relationship Status:: Single

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?: Green Smoothies, currently.....I have many favorites so alternate.

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: Writing, Poetry, Singing, Dancing, Playing drums, traveling, meeting new people, horses, dogs, cats......oh heck, all of our creators creatures! Love being surrounded by nature. Love my garden.

The Transformation of me to "me"

It has been almost four years now since I completed a taper off a 16 year doctor prescribed addiction to ativan that took me an entire year to withdraw from.
