I just returned from the eye doctor and learned my eyesight has improved from -4.75 to -4.25. How awesome is that??? Soon I'll be in the negative threes! WATCH OUT! The doctor credits my raw vegan diet. She says more and more research indicates that diet affects sight. Did you know the leading cause of blindness is diabetes? If that isn't telling, I don't know what is.
Also during this appointment I learned the answer to an unsolved mystery. At the age of 9 I first noticed that I saw different…

tell me have made raw carrot pie ever? i tried to do one emulating the Indian version of it. with grated carrots and raisins or almond flour and blending in some spices for taste, taste.
tell me if you come across any thing interesting on this!!!
sigh! so i gave up!
see if you want it!
someday i hope i will be able to note down all the Indian dishes that i do in rawrified version, have them tasted among some friends and then maybe post them here. but really, am not at all organised with such things. my measurements and recipies are just whimsical and tried and tested.sometimes they are great and other times they are awful. i just make when am inspired!!! otherwise i like simple raw stuff!!!!
the Indian pitta bread, ie, stuffed with all those veggies!! man i miss them!!! wish i had a dehydrator. they cant be done under the hot Indian sun even i guess.at least i havent tried!!!

ps: I just cant believe it that your favourite cooked food is Indian. mine was pasta!!! ughhh and some Indian pita breads, stuffed and wholesome as a cooked vegan. ughh! they are difficult to handle, gosh!!!
Carrots and mangoes are supposedly high in Vit A which aid vision. but i did not consume a lot of these with that in mind. it just happened on its own!!! i have always loved mangoes but never had so much in my life neither ever did i have so much raw carrots ever!!!! and i was not really conscious of this aspect until one day i realised i no longer had any eye problems!!! my doc was amazed and so is my family!!! they are non-raw but at least have seen this healing and no longer ask me anything on my raw nature of eating!for me this was one of those miracles of raw, really! Spinach and Papaya is also high in Vit A!
Am sure your vision will heal very well indeed! and i was having all those eye nerve problems, ....which were terrible. so i can relate to your problem and i know raw can have such wonderful healing effects. Maybe you can start intaking more of the orange goodies!!! Your body will know and will get attracted to the right things at the right time!
I hope my body will heal the rashes as well. I am a lot sad with them and especially because there are marks all over my right shank. At least they are not painful anymore. they were! even a couple of days back!!! I guess its some old yeast infection that is coming to the surface and it will have a fair release. Detoxing a longterm problem i guess... so i can only hope some direction comes for the rashes as well!
Would love to meet you too!
My friends used to call me "The Oracle". Too much of watching the Matrix. *haha*
But, I know things. You know things too. Age is irrelevant. :-)
You eat bananas in quantity? I couldn't do it. It'd make me sick. :-(
I only do bananas when I know I'm gonna be out biking or dancing all day. I'm obsessed with greens and apples!
I made AWESOME applesauce the other day. Two apples, 1 date, a little water and cinnamon. I blended it all up and added some gojiberries and cacao nibs. The best super applesauce ever! :-)
For me the BEST part of all of this is the friendships, for me that is the most fun and important next to helping people become more happy and healthy. This is my first time ever self publishing a book, being an author, doing everything that you see so for me it is a very fun exciting RAW Adventure but the people and friendships is what is most important to me so thank you so much Seon!:)
RAW Hugs,
