About Me:: Starting Day 1 on December 26, 2007. Began the journey in 2004. I just got a Vitamix!!!
I'm Sonia, 41, from N. San Diego. I want to live to 120.

How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc): moral support

Relationship Status:: Single

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?: Energy Soup

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: Feng Shui, Lindy Hop, Energy Healing, God, Amma

Favorite Books or Authors:: Anything by Christopher Moore, especially Lamb - hilarious and smart.

I just got a bend tec- you have to be careful because if you don't get the lid on tight enough your kitchen will look like a modern painting! One of my favorite things is sprouted broccoli- ready in only a couple days- looks like caviar. =)
