Im a qualified holistic health counsellor and Ive been a vegetarian for 14years. To obtain optimum nutrition for my mind, body and spirit Im now strongly leaning towards a raw/vegan diet. Ive been on a 50% living foods diet for the last 5 months; and ive just completed my first 30 day Juice Feast!
Great minds think alike. I like your favorite quote, BTW!!!

Absolutely! Please look me up the next time you come to the states. Maybe we can get together for a bite to eat? I know quite a few cool raw restaurants locally. How cool would that be?
hia Rawchi, i have got intuch with urtamu to day if you email me on lovinggratitude@gmail.com i will send you her number, she works in the brixton whole foods store, i think its on a very well known street in brixton, i think she works 3 days a week. massive lovejules
I'm doing OK so far. I'm eating snacks from One Lucky Duck. I'm incorporating alot of superfoods..you know maca and such. But really i'm just eating basic foods. Lastnight I had pumpkin raw for the first time...its pretty good. I'm gonna give my body time to adjust to the flavor profile of raw food. I've been eating kale raw for about 2 years now which had nothing to do with going raw...i ate it raw first then when i tried it cooked and i didn't like it. Now I see that eating it raw is the best thing I could have done for myself, transitioning to other veggies like chard has been effortless.
I get a weekly delivery of organic fruits and veggies and basically the plan is to eat whatever I get in the order. I've bought nuts..but today i decided i'm not really eating them.
For the next month I think i'm going to stick to just fruits and veggies.
Have you ever done a juice feast? I've fasted many times but this is a little different. If you've done it I'd love to know your experience with it.
