About Me:: Practicing Colon Hydrotherapist and Food Allergy and Sensitivity Testing Consultant for past 7 years. Got into raw and cleansing back in '99, and stayed raw for around 3 years. Then I fell off my 'high raw horse' into a giant pile of flour and sugar and that battle raged for another 3 years. At this point, pretty much back on the raw, and getting ready to start the Global Juice Feast this Saturday, March 1st, 2008. So I'm looking for support and community.

How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc): networking, friend making and recipe sharing!

Relationship Status:: Engaged

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?: right now it's this certain salad i make, and also suki's choccy.

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: Live music, especially blues, dancing with Stephen (especially to aforementioned blues), working at the radio station, movies, laughing, friends, creating, study, travel, reading, Bella (my dog), being in sunshine - driving with the top down and singing blues in the sunshine with bella.

Favorite Books or Authors:: Currently, "Eat Pray Love," Elizabeth Gilbert,"The China Study", "Skinny Bitch, " "Chasing Rumi'
