I have been wanting to open a raw wellness retreat on Oahu. I can't believe there isn't even one raw food restaurant there. Anyhow, I am wondering if it is the best island to invest in. I noticed there is more raw stuff on Maui and The big Island. Hmmm.... has me thinking. :)
