Hola lovely ladies!
Hope you are all fabulous! I bought a spiritual book called The Red Book right before I moved down south o' da border in the hopes it would be read to me. Many of you know of the brushes with death I endured last year, and my ongoing long, arduous journey towards full recovery. Audiobooks have been great as I have difficulty reading small print right now. The Red Book wasn't available as an audiobook but I bought it anyway.

I have been tired and often feel faint and dizzy, not sure if I'm getting enough protein. Can’t think what else, I drink PLENTY of fluids, I eat tones of fruit and veggies, I try to sleep when baby does, I get regular exercise, no idea.
I am starting to feel more balanced emotionally… well less volatile emotions due to the stresses of recent months that were wearing on me.
Cancer moon leaves me feeling my softer side, I find myself a bit teary but at least the emotions aren’t as wild, passionate and volatile. I find my self weeping over how beautiful my son is instead, a much easier to deal with.
How is the Cancer moon effecting you?
hope you are enjoying the weekend, my dear! :) xoxo
I love it up there. So he has used both peppermint oil and fresh leaves in his choco. I was more fond of the oil ones...
And was your sis' also born in '75??? How funny!
I am definitely preparing for some enlightening adventures.... I've had a few already! Thank you for those words,
they're always nice to hear.
I feel you on that advice as well..... I want to get into off-the-grid living. Very simple living. Its kinda funny, that you mentioned the US will be a tuff place to live... I've dreamed of living in Peru ever since I first visited in 2005.
It changed my life forever...
I am very happy that we have met, you have a familiar energy about you too.
It's going to be an amazing adventure from here on out my friend.....
mucho amor y bendiciones,

I'm off to the Green Fest tomorrow!!!!!!
you've been to a lot of places wow! I used to live in california but I don't remember it I was too young. I've moved like 18 times that I remember but they have all been around toronto. I love canada but I wish it was warmer. I was thinkin about moving to leamington one day. Just cause it's one of the most southern canadian cities, it's supposed to be warmer there. And it's the tomato capital of the world!! not that that is very exciting lol.
All I know is toronto sucks. I want to live somewhere tropical but not in the US. What's your favourite place so far?
I am interested to hear what you have to say.
Our vision is to start growing and producing our own 'currency'. Even set up a barter system with the surrounding communities. I've been wanting to start doing my own fruit wines and fermented beverages like chiche, which I had in Peru. Plans wont really start coming about until we see where we will be at and what the land looks like. Definitely want to take up Bee Keeping as well. Would really like to set up a forest garden type of system with fruit trees, berry bushes, vines, herbs, vegetables, root veggies, edible ground covers, and some specialty super medicinal plants. I will definitely keep you posted on how that goes. Any tips or knowledge that you think might be useful, would be greatly appreciated too!!!!
SC has definitely been pulling... hehehe. The persimmons are AMAZING right now... and surprisingly, there are still some figs going around.
Chocolate is a treat. My bro has had some really good combos lately.... His latest best has been a Habanero Vanilla, or Habibi Vanilla as we like to call it. He also really likes to use lucuma in his mix. Although the mint and dark chocolate have always been good sellers too! He says he's also got some new ideas once we get a place with a good kitchen. So we'll see...!
The canela one sounds so comforting....... it took me back to when I was little and my mom would make canela tea every night..... yummmmm! Her name is Cruz, by the way... !
Its always a pleasure hearing from you my friend!
con mucho carino,
