Congratulations! I have never done a half-marathon or even a whole marathon. I am currently looking for half-ones to participate in, I figure it would be good to work up! Could you be a darling and tell me what yogini is? It sounds interesting! And also, which green juices do you make? How often do you drink them? Have a wonderful evening!
That's why! I can would find anything I want ... It is other then easy to live my lifestyle around this parts... I do have fun none of the less... but trying to find something simple as a raw tahini is tough.... and there is always the hemp factor! I want hemp seeds, oil, butter, protein!! hahaha .... Glad to hear you had a great run 2:02 (wow) What is next? My runs are going great, I have a running coach I want to do a sub four marathon if not better and working on a 1:45 1/2. The work outs are hard, but my body is starting to get it. Great to hear from you. C
Great idea on the flask, I was just thinking about how I was going to carry it on my next long run. Not sure what else will work. What other runs are you running, my gal pals and I just signed up for the ragnar relay in WA. If your looking for a fun run let me know we need to more girls for the team.
The plan is SF if we get in. If not Victoria here we come. Made the gel today with strawberries. Oh my gosh it is good. A bit sweet at first but I added more lemon. Had a touch of planter fasciitis so I went and had acupuncture for the last 2 weeks, and my foot is almost 100%. Ran 3 miles of hills yesterday and I felt good.
