I have learned a life lesson recently that I would like to share with you

I have learned a life lesson recently that I would like to share with you. Raw foods and organic foods and the ayurvedic lifestyle have been an interest of mine for some time now and I love to learn about it and share my knowledge with others. I work at a health food store in the deli and I experiment and learn new things every day. Since I’ve taken on this new lifestyle I’ve noticed that I’ve been getting some resentment from my peers. my family, for instance, seem to get bothered with me aroun… Continue

Why yes of course I do! I am a RAW Chef tee hee! Some obvious ingredients are bananas and choice of fruit, coconut meat and choice of fruit...I have new recipes in my 5 Star Raw Spa book too. But lets say cashews didn't have high mycotoxins already in them, there are still OTHER NUTS to use and try! People like to use them because they happen to be "cheap" while this is true I noticed MANY to almost ALL raw recipes is just cashew, cashew, cashews! MAN how boring and repatitive! If I were an outsider new to RAW I would think wow RAW Food is just ALL Cashews, Dates, and Nama Soyu how boring!

So when I mentioned this on some raw free recipe websites oh boy were they pissed off at me! BUT I just laugh at them because they are not really raw obviously or they A.) Would not be pissed B.) Would not make everything out of those or even use them in the first place! So let them be mad at me it is worth it to me to get the RAW TRUTH out there even if it costs me my reputation or book sales! I was able to reach out to many people and they learned something new...:D

Hi Sara as a RAW Chef this is VERY important to know! Mycotoxins is a fungus, mold and when you eat it you get MORE candida, fungus, mold, yeast in your blood, body and system, this leads to disease and cancer among yeast infections, moodiness, grumpy, fatigue and more. Many RAW website owners, RAW magazine people now have cancer because they are eating too many cashews(VERY high mycotoxins), dates(very high sugar feeds disease, cancer, yeast, etc.), dehydrated foods(mold is very present if you don't dehydrate on very high then slowly lower the temp mold grows and you can't see it in the food but you eat it and get more in your body! But if you do it on very high then slowly lower the temp it kills mold/germs but most people do not know ANY of the above they are making low temp dehydrated foods to keep it "raw" but making mold!) SO READ Concsious Eating, The Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine these 2 books should be MANDATORY for any raw foodists and new ones in particular, right now many free raw recipes are just variations on very high mycotoxin ingredients namely: cashew, dates, nama soyu, some have corn or mushrooms too, in moderation it is ok but many entire PIES, foods, dessert, meals are ALL Cashews! Dates, etc....RAW is not variations on cashew/dates/nama soyu/dehydration PLEASE! I am getting a lot of HATE and making enemies but for me it is worth it to point out the truth so people do raw right, people use cashews because it is "cheap" hello it is cheap because it is VERY BAD FOR YOU! SO READ and educate yourself, I am staking my career, reputation so people learn, get the truth...!

You know what is weird I can tell who is really raw and nice! I sent this to a different RAW website and community and this lady was SO SUPER MEAN she was like STOP SPAMMING ME WITH YOUR ADS! I sent the same slide to her for fun, but you Sara are really raw! REAL RAW people are loving, nice, enthusiastic, encouraging ONLY, but people who eat too many cashews, dates, nama soyu they are high mycotoxins and grumpy, mean, not really raw it is sad I see this so much and so many cashew/dates/nama soyu recipes more and more it is WRAWNG RAW or random raw, none of my recipes has cashews, dates, nama soyu I don't want to load people up on mycotoxins! Just wanted to share good info and appreciate your friendship, enthusiasm thank you SARA YOU RAWCK! :D
