Hey David
sorry for this rather late catch up with you, I promised I would pay you a visit, but my head was a bit all over the place the last couple of days...:)
Well basically what I've done about the eczema I had was four liver flushes and three fasts which lasted about 10-15days each.
One of them was a juice fast, and I've also done the master cleanse twice.
Check out the new discussion that is happening about this liver flush I think it will give you a pretty good idea what it's about and there is also at least one link to check out.
Let me know if you have any more questions aboout it I'll happily tell you more about my experience or anything else.
I see you're into the 811, I still have to look into this more.....Sounds interesting!
Strange, you see Doug's 811 and think couldn't be healthy. Me similarly with 'we want to live'. But here you are on fruit and me on meat. I read that John Taylor G thing. Very good. Nice music. I'm glad I stopped by. Have a good night!
hi david! i noticed you're living the 80/10/10 lifestyle. i've been meaning to read douglas' book. i hear his diet has helped athletes reach their peak performance. so i am ever more curious about 80/10/10. how's it going for you? would you recommend the lifestyle for someone who isn't an athlete?
thank you David for being my RAW friend :) the Icelandic Raw community is growing - my dear friend Angela Stokes spent the summer here in Iceland, staying at my house & we did some great events where lots of people attended :)

I was there both days with my two sons. Best vegan event we've ever been to. We'll definitely be there again next year.
