Ballroom dancing and sunsets draw me. I love exploring places near and far… some of my favorite spots are the Caribbean islands, Hawaii, Thailand and Fiji. I'm in love with the idea of being in love.

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: I enjoy yoga, walking, doubles tennis on clay courts, sunsets, moon & stars, massages, snorkel/scuba, dancing, rollerblading, theatre, movies, reading (not into fiction), personal growth seminars, learning languages & learning in general.

Favorite Books:: Spiritual authors who have influenced me: Marianne Williamson, Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Neale Donald Walsh, Florence Scovel Shinn & more.

Favorite Quote:: Sometimes you have to go out on a limb... that's where the fruit is. & Life is too short for a bad meal or a complacent relationship.

Yup, i must go to Phillipines soon...they have surf and durian, so it makes the list quick.
Harley and I are biking down to Malaysia for durian in the next couple days.
I definitely do not support elephant rides or any other Sort of Speciesism......

Thanks for the message. No i did not. I am new to the raw food scene and blissed so much in my naivite and ignorance, i never realized that there was such a powerful and wonderful movement of fellow raw fooders...
It was through reading one of the Raw food magazines that my wife got hold off that i came accross him, and wow!, yes, i have ordered the book on the 80/10/10 diet and some other literature from his website. I am looking forward to implimenting it in my expereinces with race nutrition.
I am now studying the "natural" sports nutrition and find it in most parts much more sense than conventional sports science nutrition. I am in the USA later this year and would love to book up for his week he is holding in August/September, but it will depend on other business i have at that time of my visit. Unfortunalty, as i mentioned, i was not aware of him back in November and are kicking my butt now!!!!!!!!
