Interests (outside of Raw Food):: Dancing, Singing, Flying and playing in the rain. Conscious Language, Bio- Optic Holography and the powerful teachings of Robert Tennyson Stevens. Making movies, travelling to exotic destinations and exploring our globe. Tickling People, especially my daughter. Writing Poetry, Songs and Childrens Stories.

BUDDAH BACK CAKE RAWKS

I got the original recipe from Renee Loux, in her great book Living Cuisine. She says "It's so good it brought the Buddah Back," and she calls it Buddah Back Mocha Cake (she adds a little coffee to the mix). Coffee being well, not raw. I change things up and a bit. Spring & Carrot Cake

I love Sweetness. Flowers are blooming outside my window and the rain is falling softly. I am making carrot cake today, with lemon frosting. This raw treat warms my heart and I am ooooh sooo greatful!!! When my family gets home from playing in town I shall give them sweet treats of Raw Carrot Cake and Fresh Pecan Milk and we will all giggle and thank god/life for our blessed experience of beauty and swetness!
