Wanted to join so that I could add to the pop stars with raw food related names game! And..I love to: Listen to people, watch birds, jog, do Heather's Yoga, listen to music that moves me, find out why people are sad, laugh, sit in solitude, play with cats, see a psychedelic sunset, do nothing, make jewelry, wonder.

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?: anything raw that never at any time walked, crawled swam or jumped.

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: Oh many, many. Mostly music and my cats. I love painting and drawing. Watching many different genres of movies, particularly made for tv movies of the 70's. After school special anyone? I'm a peace loving pacifist, but I like Italian horror movies. They're movies to me, just another art form. Argento, Bava, Fulci. They're all twisted but boy, they make a good movie. I'm very interested in animal rights, but find it difficult to be more involved, because I can't get past the photos and info about the abuse. It stuns me to the point of non-action. So I do what I can do.

Since cats are extremely sensitive to these things, put the drops in 2-3 oz. of simmering water and wait about 15 minutes or until it cools. I am administering herbal heart drops to one of my cats right now and that is what my Naturopath/Herbalist told me to do.

Catalyst is still bumpin' -- Beastie Boys started their tour there recently. For some Barrett-like psychedelia CRACKEr on say a New Years like we did with the kids (only of them 3 then) in Portland was amazing -- I RIDE MY BIKE is pretty cool. I have yet to make it to the 3 Day Camp-out down your way, which is an annual birthday party for Johnny Hickman and David Lowrey the weekend after Labour Day in the desert. I think Cracker is the best thing going on now as far as old guys psych folk rocking out. Here's a nice David solo thing he's doing:

Were you grad student in the "history of consciousness" program at UCSC or just did an independent study in psychedelic chemistry ? I did the latter in ohio.

Knew of Robyn Hitchcock, but only peripherally, he was more an older sister's friend's thing for me, missed him. Kinda reminds me of billy bragg with less accent...
