I think unless you're one of those lucky people who go for it and never look back (oh, how I wish I were one of them myself...), it is likely the journey is going to have ups and downs and it's ok, because it's all a journey, isn't it? I have fallen off that wagon myself times and times again and only just come to understand that I shouldn't beat myself up for that, because deep down I know that I'm still on my journey! And so are you! Just being here and talking about it proves that you are on that personal journey and that the raw wagon has certainly not run you over, because you are still following its path... Just take one step at a time (that's what I'm trying to do) and you will eventually achieve your goals! :-)
What I do is that I try and eat only raw stuff until lunch, then it depends: if I'm in work, I'll either take raw snacks with me or maybe just try and eat a healthy cooked meal (is there such a think? haha) and then have a MASSIVE salad in the night (usually kale--have a look for Karen Knowler's kale and avocado salad on youtube, and/or spinach with some seeds, cucumber, tomatos, basil, parsley, etc... and olive/hemp oil, lemon juice/cider vinegar, sea salt, etc... The important thing is to ENJOY making it (I like to prepare the kale part with my bare hands, which feels really nice!)... :-D
