Things to remember when reading my blog - I'm not a vegan and I'm not trying to be 100% raw. Although I will do a funky happy dance on days when I do pull off 100% raw!
Today:
no breakfast, slept in (help my best friend deliver a baby the day before, I was TIRED)
Lunch: banana and almond milk smoothie
snack: cashews
Dinner: lettuce and avocado spring rolls (*spring roll wrappers not actually 100% raw)
mixed raw fruit
snack: raw almond milk, raw brownies (walnuts and dates and cacao)
Not bad at…
