Ah, ok, got it. He was a psycho.
I'm forgetting how any of this related to our conversation. Anyway, whatever, make some raw marshmallow cookies and I promise to worship at your altar every Sunday.
Yeah I saw System of a Down live, just once, in Switzerland 2005. It was at the Greenfields festival, they were the headliners on the last day. It was awesome! (I would've seen them in Ireland at Ozzfest 2002, but it was just before final high school exams and my crazy friends wouldn't come! {not like they were studying anyway...} I should've just gone on my own...)
I saw Serj Tankian live this summer at the Sziget festival in Hungary - also very good, but the sound quality wasn't great :-(

I hope you are well and jolly.
I would suggest having plenty of great quality fruit and greens available to you.
If you are surrounded by your fave fruits and greens , it is easier to stay with them
Also the sweeter and better quality the fruit, in my opinion, the more nourishing it is -on all levels.
You may find that you ned to eat higher quantities of fruit and veggies when you first start out; if you listen to your body it is remarkably good at knowing how much it needs, if you are eating unprocessed and mono.
The bottom line; get the best quality fruit and veggies you can and listen to your own bodies needs as we are all unique.
Have a peachy one,
love and peace,
from Anne XX.
