Signing off for a while

I'm now 8 weeks pregnant and in the midst of some wicked morning sickness. I haven't eaten anything even resembling raw in over two weeks and just the thought of it makes me ill.

So, until things get under control and I can transition back to raw (OK, ANY food at this point!) I'm going to make myself scarce. I'll probably at least check in now and then and visit the Raw Humor group, but otherwise, wish me luck, ’cause these darn crackers just ain't cuttin' it.

The Mennonite game is when you meet someone and you try to find out where they are from and who they are related to, or who they know that you might know.

I grew up Mennonite, the non-conservative kind, as opposed to the kind that have rules about wearing dresses and head coverings.

I went to a raw restaurant in Chicago, which was pretty fun. Yes, it seems most are in cities on the east or west coast. Sometimes I wonder, if I do all raw(I'm not yet) will I change so much that I won't fit in in this midwestern culture that I am now a part of? Will I have to move somewhere more progressive?
Or, maybe i just need to meet people around here, if I can find them....... :)

Hey!!! Glad to see another Midwesterener!!! where abouts are you in Ohio? I'm in Central Northern Indiana, Goshen to be exact. I have relatives near Canton Ohio. I'm playing the Mennonite Game, do you kjnow any Mennonites over there? Amish? My dad grew up Amish, but maybe you are somewhere in an urban area...... Just had to ask.
