I've been trying to go raw 100% but keep keeping going back to cooked food. I don't like how I feel after eating cooked food at all, so I'm looking for some support! :)
I certainly do have some recommendations. For diet I recommend The 80/10/10 Diet. For communication I recommend Non-Violent Communication and for subconscious reprogramming I suggest The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton.
Welcome!!! There are a ton of people here and tons of support.. If there is any piece of advice I can give that would be don't get stressed about the cooked, try to include as much raw food as you can, like 16-32oz green smoothies a day, eventually your taste buds will change and I bet some of the cooked wont' taste the same. I know what you mean by not feeling good after cooked but still eating it, I totally understand. Have you checked out Angela Stokes book called Raw Emotions? this is a great book.
i hope you get some good ideas to make your meals more exciting. it's a whole new way of looking at food so you have to experiment a little. good luck!
