Hey,

Thanks for the email, I will add you on msn if you have it. W can chat on there much easier. Dental hygiene, and fruit. Fruits mainly a problem when youre eating too many nuts and seeds or dried fruits. The proteins in nuts/seeds are very acidic, which bacteria in the mouth love. particles of nuts/seeds get caught in or between teeth and the bacteria thrive on them. This in itself will be a problem. If you consume fruits near to this time too.

Dried fruits, including fresh dates which act like dried fruits imo, are sticky, and the bacteria love these.

Juices are a problem too. I dont reocmmend juices full stop for a variety of reasons, but if you do consume them, best have them through a straw.

Eating too many citrus fruits can be a problem too. Althoguh technically alkaline in the body, they contain acids, which will affect the teeth. I like certain citrus fruits and will consume them occassionally, but not daily or in large quantities.

My advice is not to clean your teeth within an hour of eating anything, but to clean your teeth after an hour, always, after eating.

You can use bicarb and water, or himalayan crystal salt dissolved in water, or 'natural/organic' toothpastes, or just plain water. Just as long as you do it.

Thats about as much dental advice as I think is needed really. :o)

Take care

Hey,

Thats cool, I guess in such circles people get to know each other like a little family? Thats really cool that he's still willing to help beginners, and for free. Thats the mark of integrity imo. So many people get good at something, then just want to make money for it.

I have a really cool CD that a guy called John coleman whos on GITMR did several years ago on raw foods. Its called Eating indoctrination, and it talks about how we've all been conditioned to eat certain ways since we were conceived. Its turned staunch meat eating friends into vegans overnight (most of them have tried raw, but couldnt stick it, because they didnt eat enough). I could send you it on msn if you're interested?

I imagine you're right, I probbaly would get stronger just by doing the training. I know there were some people near me who were doing free parkour classes a couple of years ago, I think they were in ambleside in the lake district or somewhere like that. Not sure. I might try and find out again soon. Thanks for the offer, thats really kind. I may well take you up on that. My partners family live in Chislehurst in Kent, so I do come down that way 1-2x per year. :o)

Take care

Hey,

Thats weird, I cant add you either. I found a link on your photo's section, but when I clicked add to friends it said an error occurred. Yes, I would, but we will have to be pretend friends for now until we can add each other. lol.

F*ck me gently with a chainsaw though, seriously. Your pictures are incredible. I am so impressed. I would love to be able to do that shit. I seriously need to work on my upper body strength, confidence, and core/abs strength before I could do that. You look fantastic! Ive always been impressed by parkour etc. Did you see that topgear episode where they did the free running experiment. Tres inspiring.

Thanks for the imaginary add.

Hope you're well.

Take care.

hey i read some of your posts when browsing the discussion boards....about desiring to sleep less.....any practices that cultivate chi/energy/prana/whateveryouwannacallit and go towards awakening kundalini will reduce the need for sleep....it will also assist psychic development which you say your into on here...

i'm currently doing a distance learning course, kundalini awakening process, by dr glenn morris, he was a teacher who started studying ninjitsu and meditated and did qigong one summer and accidentally went through full kundalini. he's written abut it, it's really fascinating, his books here on scribd http://www.scribd.com/doc/4457919/BujinkaneBook-Martial-Arts-Path-Notes-of-an-American-Nin, chapter's 2 and 3 are about kundalini. you can sign up for the course on line, one of the instructors might be doing a seminar later this month or early november in london. it really does work, i've had some really amazing experiences with it and i haven't even practiced that much yet. people with fully awakened kundalini (not just experiencing bursts of it) can live with typically 1-4 hours sleep a night. they also typically need much less food.

if your into bodybuilding on raw, dhrumil posted a really interesting interview with a man called nature love, a friend of his. he lives off greens and has the physique of someone you would presume was ingesting a lot of protein.

here's pictures and interviews: http://www.flickr.com/photos/dhrumil/sets/72157601423525387/
