Hi Suzanne, that porridge looks as delicious as you've written it. Do you sprout/dehydrate the groats? Is it tasty enough to tempt a non-raw? My son loves cereals but I want to give him something new.
Hi Julie,
So sorry to hear about your allergic reaction to kelp. Iodine allergies seem to be pretty common. (In case you didn't already realise it, you must tell any doctor or hosptital that you deal with that you are allergic to iodine.) Hope you are feeling better. Was it very severe?
My journey into raw is coming along very well. I've lost 12 pounds so far and I feel great. My new juicer and dehydrator are my favorite toys. I had a few dehydrator failures but I keep experimenting. One of my standard favourites has become a 3 seed cracker that I devised based on other cracker recipes. It's a staple for me now. LOVING my green juices too.
Weather today is good. But yesterday was rainy. You just never know!
Hi Suzanne, sorry not written back sooner was very ill while back, had a allergic reaction to kelp, still getting myself back to normal now.
Have you been using your new juicer/dyhydrator yet? made anything nice?
