Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance.

About Me:
I'm new to this whole raw thing. Newly vegan, newly even cares slightly about what i put into my body. I used to be a teenage drug abuser, now I've a completely different person. I love feel freaking great every day, its better than any drug high in the world. I'm a morning person, this upsets other people because I think they wish they had my energy. Right now I'm practically living at my dance studio, i'm there so much. But I'm gonna be the best damn mouse king in Nutcracker history! hahaha

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?
greens of coarse!! i have a friend who makes raw chocolate covered goji berries they're spectacular
Interests (outside of Raw Food):
I'm training to be a professional ballerina. I can't imagine a world without dance. Its a very demanding buisness but I do it because of a immense passion for the arts. I also love running. I've done a few marathons. There is definitly a possibility I'm addicted to endorphins or just pushing myself to see just how far my body can take me. I practice yoga mostly hatha and ashtanga style. I'll admit I like to show off in class a little but I can't help it that i'm freakishly flexible.

Maybe if you can, try drinking a pint of celery/parsley/cucumber juice every time before your coffee. I promise it feels feels good. Then drink your coffee after. Maybe sometime you'll give up the coffee, but in the meanwhile the green juice helps a lot with the nutrient depletion.

Aren't you buried in snow in Erie?
I drove through several hundred miles of snow yesterday in OH, PA and NY on my way back to VT.
I'm taking a break from racing... I've put in soooooo many races this year... I'll start up again in December.
Best of luck!!!!!
Tim
