About Me:
I live in 4 places every year. The Hubby and I have businesses (mostly food) at Renaissance festivals in Atlanta, New York, and Houston. Consequently we have no days off between April 1st and December 10th. Then we have loads of time off, and spend it at our home on the Mexican border (in Texas) ... in our organic avocado and citrus grove (AKA Paradise).

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?
currently soaked almonds soaked in spring water and a little Bragg's
Interests (outside of Raw Food):
Sustainable Agriculture, Alkalinity, music, travel.
