Ask Me Why I'm Stoked! (PART ONE!)

"Andre, why are you so incredibly stoked?" you might be asking? This past week, have been GREEN SMOOTHIE MANIFESTATION WEEK! It all started last Sunday when I gave my mom a copy of "Green For Life" by Victoria Butekno (sp?). I instructed my mom to read the book right away. I'm a committed - certifiable, committable! - marathon runner myself. I am currently in recovery from an Achilles injury that impeded my running for nearly a year - but that introduced me to Bikram yoga, and granted me a cheerful recovery. I am running the Tokyo marathon in February and then am transitioning to training for a trail ultra-marathon. A whole new game, isn't it? I look forward to hearing more about your raw running life!
