I just bought 2 books online:
-Conscious Eating by Gabriel Cousins
-The 80/10/10 Diet by Dr. Douglas N. Graham
I am very excited, for this is another huge step in the raw food lifestyle for me: get EDUCATED!
If anyone has anything to say about those two books or any other books I should look into, please leave a comment!

I have never been this happy in my life!
I feel so high! so light! so thin! so strong! so.... GREAT!
Recently these days have been nothing but good vibrations and positive energy. It's flowing all around me, including in my food.
And just when I thought things couldn't get any better, they did --- My dad just came up to me and said, "Hey Ash, I bought you a juicer online, but shhhh, don't tell mom!"

I love your comments and have heard of that book, but haven't bought it yet. Am going to Amazon right after I type this. I am a book freak! I like your concept on the oil and nuts - I will take them out for the next month and see what results come about.
I also started a 10-15 minute a day straight abs routine....it is my Christmas present to myself!

I easily eat a half a cup a day of seeds or nuts. Usually, this is the in the form of either a pate of some kind, or a handul as a snack.
My usual fruit intake is all in the morning - my daily morning smoothie generally looks like this:
1 banana
1 citrus (usually orange that I just cut skin off of and leave as much pith as possible)
1 frozen dark berry (blueberry, strawberry, cherry, blackberry, raspberry) or a combination - usually 1 cup or so
1 green leafy item (large handful of spinach, chard, or kale leaves)
1/2 to 1 cucumber if I have one
Tbs flax oil
3 Tbs hemp seeds
1+ tsp spirulina
Sometimes I add a Tbsp coconut butter and/or scoop Tbsp Sun Warrior sprouted rice protein powder (only rice product I intake)
Then a fruit around 10am.
Sometimes oatmeal with agave, but not "cooked", just hot water and let it soak in.
Lunch is either large salad, or a wrap on sprouted Ezekeil wrap - either veggie or pate.
Afternoon snack is either carrots, the other half of my 48 oz smoothie, dehydrated kale or nothing.
Dinner is very light...plan salad with some type of olive oil concoction.
I was about 5 pounds lighter last year, but have worked out hard so the "scale wieght" doesn't freak me out too much. I know I have put on muscle. However, it seems that my stomach has really gotten fatty looking. Something I didn't really have before last year....very odd! If you can make heads or tails, I am all yours!
