I was raised as a vegetarian for almost my entire life. I am the second oldest child in a family of 5 kids. All the girls are vegetarian, vegan, or raw food vegans! I was introduced to Raw Food 2 summers ago when my sister took me to Arnold's raw food cafe in Lansdale. I have been a vegan ever since that visit and just recently I made the transition to eating 100% raw!
I just finished my bachelor degree in Nutritional Science at Boston University and I am currently working on my master degree in Human Nutrition at Drexel University. I hope that with my education I can influence the dietetic world of nutrition so that raw food becomes more acceptable and utilized - especially in the health setting!!

wooohooo make mee it im excited
i made this balling dish last night
it took FOREVER but worth it
-half a spaghetti squash including the middle pulpy stuff -minus the seeds.
-grape tomatoes, mashed and beaten by me
-sprouts, multiple kinds
-hemp seeds
-flax oil
-love
then i squished it all together and it was very filling and tasty and good.hard work though
Ok I wanted to give you the recipe earlier but the comp froze and English paper writing took over. So this is based on what Opera singing Michelle told me.
Israeli Style Hummus
Half of it is cashew nuts and the other half sesame seeds, then you must add these ingredients according to your conscience and intution. Celtic Sea Salt, Garlic, Cumin, Cayenne, Parsley, Lemon and olive oil. You'll also need to add water to soften the mixture and keep it from forming a ball. Also its best to put the garlic in first after the nuts and seeds bc Ive found it wont mix otherwise (unless you use crushed garlic).
