"There are two great disappointments in life: Not getting what you want, and getting it." - George Bernard Shaw "I disregard the proportions, the measures, the tempo of the ordinary world. I refuse to live in the ordinary world as ordinary women. To enter ordinary relationships. I want ecstasy. I am a neurotic -- in the sense that I live in my world. I will not adjust myself to the world. I am adjusted to myself." Anais Nin

Wow, just realized I never commented back I haven't been on here much lately. I love hiking in Colorado. I think my favorite area is Holy Cross wilderness. But I'm more of a rock climber now, so likely won't backpack as much anymore, but will still get some hiking in when I can, but I also get that when I got climb :) Especially in Oklahoma.
Good to know there are other believers into Raw Food, the people that got me into it are too. I am currently there only "raw convert" though :) Anyway, take care.
wow! we are neighbors. i guess then when i say dogtown, you will know what i mean.
i love hiking too...if you know of any lesser-known trails that aren't too far away, do share!
i still don't know anyone here that is also raw! i am in whole foods buying produce almost every day, so i see a lot of people who look like they might be raw judging by their carts...but i guess i'm too afraid to ask.
i live in south city, right before it turns into richmond heights and clayton.
i would LOVE to teach yoga but my projects this year are aromatherapy certification and esthetician school:)
Hey,
Yeah, after seeing your page, we do have a lot in common. Ive never read any Anais Nin, other than that comment (yet). recommend anything?I too will not fit myself with the world.. it used to cause problems but now it really works well, and I find people come to me for my individuality. Kundalini has brought me so, so far. I've never felt anything so markedly increase my level of consciousness.
Yay! lovely to meet you.
hey! thanks for commenting on my page! for exercise, it's actually nothing special. I am training for a 5K and then a 10K, so I run about 10-15 miles a week, and lift weights 2-3 times a week for about 20 minutes at a time. Seriously though, the raw foods thing really changed my body! Do you workout?
Thanks for the warm welcome! I hope to travel next year after training and I would love to meet up and take some of your classes. I hear training is an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual breakdown and you come out never being the same. I can't wait!
Wow! First of all, I relate to your being a 4 year-old trapped in a woman's body. You're older than me by 1. My wife says I'm mentally only 3.
Did you mention Anaïs Nin. Wow. I read a lot of her stuff back in college. And Thich Nhat Hahn — that little buddha is sooooo profound. I mean profoundly simple. Yet deep. Incredibly deep. Ever read Paramahansa Yogananda? Another deep soul.
no point
no direction
just freely message to the collective one
happens to land on your visual
just pushing some bottom to see what happen...
might start thermonuclear war but ......
after war
comes peace ; )
I see you change as you flow
way to go
keep it real
send love to you deep from my belly bottom : )
