About Me:
I've been on a spiritual path since a young age. I was raised as a Methodist, and while I am now a Unificationist (for those interested in labels). I believe that religion, more often than not just gets in the way of things. Relationships are more important — my relationship with my Creator, my family, and to my fellow human beings.

I just made the commitment to make a greater shift into Raw foods. It has made sense for me for a long time now. It just was not easy to make the transition. I've tried juicing before and there were a couple of reasons why I stopped. Until I recently discovered an amazing product, I've never managed to make the switch to Raw. My mind liked the idea, but my body had no desire whatsoever. Since I've been on this Live, Whole Food product, to my surprise, my BODY, not just my Mind, started craving more and more Raw. While habits die hard, it gets easier the more I eat of this Live, Whole Food product. My food desires are changing and evolving. I welcome any help, encouragement and suggestions. I'm an open book here, folks.

used to think I'd like to change this world and unify people. Now I KNOW that I can only change and unify myself. And that's how the world changes — one person at a time, starting with me.

My Goal in Life: LEAVE THIS PLANET A LITTLE BETTER THAN WHEN I CAME IN.

My Life's Journey, thus far…

Born in Singapore, 1962, April 16. Lived in London from 4 – 7. Elementary education in Singapore. High School in New Zealand. Military Service for 2 1/2 years. After the service, went to University of Auckland, NZ. Dropped out. Started on one of my passions in life — Boat-Building. Left NZ in mid '85. Came to the U.S. to rescue my best friend from a so-called "cult." Joined it instead and ticked off everyone in my family and my fundamentalist Christian friends. Hey, can't be all that bad — I didn't become the mindless zombie they thought I would become. In fact, all that BRAINWASHING actually did some good — gave me the RAW perspective on life. I'm happier than I've ever been!

I've been passionate about health and the human body ever since I can remember. By 9 or 10, I had my sights set on becoming a heart surgeon. Instead, I got interested in holistic health when I came to the U.S. in 1985, due to my own health issues. I've embraced it ever since.

In 1985, I began my idealistic endeavor to help unify and change the world. In 1990, I got out of front line missionary work and started a successful health products company with some friends to support our overseas activities. I ended up on national TV and the company went on to do really well. I left the company AND Redondo Beach, California and headed for Elizabeth, NJ. (talk about night and day!!!) I specialized in enzyme therapy, Live Blood Analysis, and Electrical Stimulation and did wellness consulting in several clinics around the country for a number of years.

However, my focus has since shifted from disease management and crisis intervention to working with people who truly WANT to be healthy. Not that the sick don't want to be healthy, but it just got too intense working with sick people all day long and watching clients whom you've gotten close to die. Also, I found that there was a difference in mindset between people who seek wellness as opposed to people who want to treat their disease. But the biggest reason was I found it hard to justify charging people who were sick or dying. I just find it hard to justify paying my bills by charging someone who is not well. If ever I do go back into the healing profession, it will be pro bono. I don't ever want to consider whether a person can pay me for my services or not. If they can, great, if they can't, that's okay.

I have always been passionate about health and wellness. Now, however, my focus is in the area of prevention and two key areas are FAITH and FOOD. Food is a little easier than Faith. So, my primary focus will be on Food, unless someone specifically seeks help in the area of Faith. One thing I want everyone to realize is that I will never push my Faith on anyone. I may share my Faith, but only if there is a mutual interest.

I love to learn new things. I have always been a thrill seeker. I jumped off my first balcony at age 4. My oldest brother was the lion. My 2nd brother played Tarzan. Forget what my 3rd brother was. NO, I was NOT Jane, I was the chimp!!! My neighbors in Singapore used to freak out when they saw this 10 year old kid running off the 2nd floor balcony and flying into space.

My passion is to connect with other passionate people and help spread more Light, Love and Goodness on the planet. I believe there IS an evil force that seeks to delude us into believing we're lesser beings than we were created to be, and that seeks to keep us in mediocrity. I would like to free others, as I free myself, to be all that we were meant to be, in the likeness of God. And if you don't like the word God, replace it with Goodness. Because there is God in Go(o)dness and Goodness in God. And when good people, higher conscious people band together, unite and take a proactive stance, then the forces of bigotry, ignorance, hatred and fear will be repelled. That's why I like this community — it's a community or Raw talent, Raw goodness, Raw Power and we can use that to raise the consciousness of the planet. I hope that we can go beyond our differences, rather use our differences, like the different instruments of an orchestra, to orchestrate a great and mighty change in this world — for good.

Peace, Shalom, Sala'am Alaikum.

Hey Bud,

All's well. Summer vacation — my 3 boys are keeping me very busy. Just got back from a camping trip with the fam. First time as a family. We all had a blast. Will be doing it more often. Hope all is well with you, too. Take care.

Hi! Gotta question for ya. I haven't been able to find a Wing Chun class in my area. Is there another recommend martial arts that you can suggest for both men and women as my boyfriend is wanting to learn.

Also, can you suggest the best flexbility exercises or art that incorporates such?

Thanks! Hope all is great is your world. You writing anything lately? Take care :O)
