Depends where you go. In the Deli everything is fine really, they only have salads anyway. And cakes. But if you go to the restaurant and don't want to eat too heavy then don't take the lasagna...
It really depends on your sensitivity and where you're at on your raw journey, but if you're not used to eat many nuts, you might be able to feel that lasagna all night ;)

hehe. well, the trick with procrastination is to ask two questions:

1. what do I hate about doing this task?
2. what do I gain by NOT doing this task?

clear those two, and the procrastination goes away. More or less :)

hehe. Yeah, it's been a bit of a journey :)

Ok - yuen. trick is this - when you feel a weak spot, just "pull" the energy out. Use your hand physically, but just see/feel the weak spot, and reach inside (in your mind) & pull the dark/weak spot out until the field pops out. Like you're pulling gunk out of the person, whatever is blocking the field at that point. Sometimes can take a few goes.

(pulling out is much easier & more effective than pushing in, which is what the 'official' technique prescribes. I learned this a bit later. It's also worth going right up high - cover all the chakras. And if you're doing someone else, do both sides)

Extra techniques eh? we gotta quick learner here.. Awesome! :)

Well ok then, but I warn you, there's a zillion of them out there.

Here's what I suggest. If you go to sidawson.org - have a look on the right hand side, there's a) a link to my eft site - which has most of what I know about eft on it, b) a link to "old stuff (relevant)".. there's a TON of energy healing techniques in there (plus some day to day bits and pieces).

The primary techniques I use for shifting junk are eft, releasing, and yuen. If you either hunt through notnotabouthim.livejournal.com (the 'old stuff' site), or google search it for those two, that'll give you more.

I also use a lot of grounding, and grounding the room. Grounding the room helps hoover up any crappy energy that comes off you, so that might help with that muddiness.

Oh, now I think of it - one quick technique that might help - all the junk that's coming off you, it's energy that's coming out of you, right? If you imagine that as black stuff, then when it's out of you, imagine it blowing up - do that several times - just blow it up. That'll clear the air a LOT. That's what I do. Definitely helps, is important.

None of that stuff is strictly eft, but it all helps :)

hehe. I sleep :)

Make sure you're drinking lots of water - any kind of energy work needs it, just to process stuff through. Feeling muddy is a good way of describing it.

I do definitely find that many times I feel like stuff hasn't shifted, but after a good sleep it's gone.

And if you have lots of different aspects (and this is where it just becomes about feel rather than the science of it) you might need to hit each aspect individually. Just go with your got on that.

Also, it's kinda like peeling an onion. You'll peel some stuff off, and then you'll be able to see more stuff underneath. This is very normal, so don't panic if your list gets longer again :)

Super cool that you're making so much progress. I hope you're feeling much better for it.. (despite the muddiness)

Hehe, the list is always a mile long when you start. Don't let it scare you. You'll hammer through it much quicker than you think.

And yeah, Gala got me into raw too (in a roundabout way).. & I got her into EFT, so it was a good swap :)
