There is Marina Del Rey in Los Angeles and they have these canals that will go into the Ocean and I see people doing kayaking and also some where there are like 5 people in it rowing together and they will go into the sunset and it looks like so much fun and relaxing I am seriously going to try it, I have been trying to work out and I think it would be good to build up my chest muscles?

Tampa is up and coming in the raw foods movement. I would definitely recommend checking out the Grass Root Organic Restaurant, they have a good selection of raw vegan foods on the menu and sponsor monthly potlucks. I was just down in Sarasota and met Jenna, of Superchargeme. About 90 folks showed up for the meeting. So, we are definitely making progress! I can send you more specific information if you like.
