About Me:: I am a 100% raw vegan sunfoodist and superfoodist!!!! About a year ago, I embarked on an experiment of great magnitude to live my life as a "transcendence artist". My creativity, imagination, and my art is whole heartedly connected to the vibrant health of my mind, body, and spirit. My adventure led me to raw foods & superfoods. The results have been phenomenal!!! I am truly committed to spreading the unbelievable wonders of this transformational nutrition with the theatre world and beyond!

I am an actress, singer, dancer, and Transcendence Artist. I am the Artistic Director of The Transcendence Theatre Company.

The Transcendence Theatre Company is a passionate community of theatrical artists on an adventurous quest to honor & explore a holistic approach to theatre and life.

We are dedicated to bringing extraordinary health, well-being, & vibrant living to the forefront of the arts community & beyond.

I am so excited to bring my passion for theatre and health together! CONSCIOUS SHOW BUSINESS HERE WE COME!!!!

that is an unbelievable wedding toast - happy for you! brings back lots of memmories of all the music theatre friends I had back at uni - and the things they got up to :) Quite new to this site and to raw food, saw that you are a 100% raw vegan sunfoodist and superfoodist - would really enjoy hearing what sorts of foods/meals you eat if you have the time - feel like my body would also like to go this way...
