i lecture in nutrition and raw food and am just finishing a book 'the non-cook book: raw health for busy people' - my emphasis is on toxicity, heavy metals, disease and freeing people from the mental modes which trap them. Eating raw food is a good place to start!

Many wonderful things have been said about you!, I'm sure they're all true. Looking forward to connecting over some dulse and sharing about the flowing architecture of existence, Enjoy the most outrageously outstanding day ever(y) day!

your absolutely adorable! i laughed so hard when i read your comment! greetings from the mountains of nc! Thanks for my smile and giggly rib cage... xo
I've gotta walk the talk! (it's quite a walk and I might give it all up for fish n chips and telly!)
You are doing AMAZINGLY! From zero to hero in less that 2 months - you must be delighted in your journey.
See you (please let it be sunny!) in July!

Yeah Hannah tells it right haha. I was reading one of Matt Monarch's books at the time I was having a 'challenging' week which I think set it off but felt heaps better after speaking to Hannah (so handy having high-raw friends!!). I say challenging, but it was still 80% raw and huge amounts away from my previous binge/eat cycle, still just finding my feet and a balance I s'pose.
Still loving it though ;o)
Blimey - you take it on, don't you?! Juice feasting, mercury detoxing, great north running... book writing!! You're pretty amazing lady. Thanks so much for all your encouragement and support, you've gone way beyond your 'job' description. So lovely having you, Alex & Hannah to keep me from getting carried away with rules, restrictions and laws.
Can't wait for the picnic in the park! (hope summer turns up soon!!)
Sorry I wont be able to make it this weekend. I was really looking forward to it. Can you let me know when your next one is. I will be in Forida for 6 weeks from 5th of July (checking out Raw Food Restaurants) so anytime after that will be good.
