Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?: My FAVE FOOD on the planet is my ARUGULA,DANDELION, RADICCIO SALAD- I LOVE SALADS especially black belt heavy duty green ones like this one with paper thin slices of garlic, and oo, lemon j, celtic sea salt- Hmmmmmm!

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: raising my beautiful boys, martial arts, my spiritual connection to source, painting, writing, reading,nature, dancing, connecting my heart with yours

Glade you liked the pictures from the book. We are close to being done, but there is still a lot of work to do. Stephani finally called last night so we can piece what she been working on together with mine. I'd like to say sometime in January the book will be done. But we will have to see. An amazing thing happened to me a few nights ago. I woke up in pain (as sometimes happens) at 2 am in the morning and couldn't get back to sleep. So I just lay in bed with my eyes closed and prayed for the pain to go away. It didn't go away completely, but enough that I could feel comfortable. My mind was more relaxed and a thought came into my head. It was about my book. A new name to call it and some changes that I needed to make. I love the new name, as it says so much more. And I remembered that Tera had said that it would be good if it interested others and not just the raw community. Which is what I've been doing all along. Only problem was that the name of the book wouldn't reach as many people. I could never think of anything until the other night. Yeah! finally.
I can't tell you yet what it is until I run it by Stephani first, which isn't going to be easy as she's not returning my emails and Tera had a hard time getting a hold of her as well.
Ta Ta for now.
