Favorite Raw Food or Dish:: mmm..anything with coconut..also, carob..avo's, salads with the works, smoothies from Pure Food and Juice...

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: Yoga, Meditation, kickboxing, spinning, rollerblading, reading, being healthy :)
