I enjoy helping others address specific health concerns and developing personalized diet programs including weight loss plans. I'm passionate about travel and enjoy creating regional and international versions of raw food meals. I am also an advocate of natural skin and body care, an added benefit to the raw lifestyle. I'm currently available for email/phone consultations and raw food preparation classes.
