I think I have to go. I love the artwork, kinda sacred cartoons, and all the coptic knotwork is very similar to the celtic (thats me) stylee ... It really is a blessed place, so Ive been told, I feel a real connection with the place. LION from ZION ; ) seen some amazing shots of some cave churches, wow what a trip you must have had !

nice 1, I so need to be doing them. My joints in my hands and feet are pretty swollen and doing these rites would completely drive it out of my system - I know how powerful they are, ive done them before with great results.
Sounds nice travelling, what u up to? just cruizing about or are you on some kinda tour?
whereabouts are you now?
how many rites per day were you doing? shall we start on 3 and build it up gradually 2+ per week as it reccomends in the book? I reckon start with 3 then well be on 21 this side of the new year !
How you getting on with the raw ting?
