I've always collected recipes from different magazine's and websites and tweak them to my taste. Eating raw will be alot easier and will take less time in the kitchen.
I made a green smoothie this morning that consisted of parsley,cilantro,lettuce,mixture of pineable,mango's,strawberry(I buy the smoothie mix with these fruits)then I added frozen bananas and frozen green grapes. I also added tsp of spirulina and chia seeds. Yum! Yum!
