My passion is being in nature. I love to be outdoors in the mountains, by the ocean, camping in the redwoods. I love roadtrips and traveling. I'm an artist, musician and photography enthusiast. I just love life and eating amazing tasting, healthy raw foods that nourish my body, mind and soul. For work I am a manager of a Whole Foods in the great city of San Francisco.

Ah yes, the Mill Valley Store. I am in Marin. And, If you come to the other Mill Valley store, I'm just down the street. i will see you often, I presume.
So, I don't think Hemp protein will taste as good in the morning glory. And, what I know about Whey is that it is in a non-dairy state, like Kefir. So, maybe allow your body to have some creaminess, if you want....It could make you a cozier, more loving man :) Although, I'm sure your delicious the way you are!
Have a beautiful day

Hi Rich,
First of all, I know that face. I've seen you before. I may be terrible at names, but I have a photographic memory, and your is a face is one I could never forget. "Hi" again?
Morning Glory, named for exactly what you think it is...haha! Is a silly concoction that has been adapted from my unhealthy college ways...like 900 years ago. It is my freshly made almond milk, Kava, a low acid coffee ( It is a vice I'm not willing to give up), Stevia, Whey Protein Powder, and 1/2 frozen Banana! Okay, it may not be the absolute best thing on the planet, but it serves me and it taste so good. I can't wait to get up in the morning and enjoy. Sometimes, I add raw cacao, msm, maca, or vitamineral Earth for grounding. So, may I ask which Whole Foods? Perhaps in Marin, that could be where I've seen that face!?
diggin your tunes and your pictures of tomatoes made my mouth water...mmm sungolds. to answer your question...you can get anything you want if you put in the time. 811 and working out got me lean and the hard work showed up.
Thanks for adding me Rich! Whole Foods manager, eh? Couldn't live without that store. Judging from your profile it looks like we'd get along pretty well!
ehehe you are right, it should be soooooooooo easy to be raw here. and when i am by myslef i find it wonderful. i can go buy and eat all most any friut or vegetable i want and it's all very cheap and fresh and delicious. however, from my friends, co-workers and family i am constantly bomarded with talks about how i will get sick from a "lack of meat" in my body. eheheh
i know it sounds silly, and through this community i have been able to become stronger and more confident as a raw foodie, but it's a slow journey for me
how did you become raw? was it an over night thing or a long slow process like me?
Hey Rich, oh my god Juliano's class was amazing!! We learned and made a whole Thanksgiving dinner. It was delicious. I absolutely recommend his class, but u should try to take it when you can stay the whole weekend and try our other two raw places as well.
What is going on with SF, any new raw places? Our are there any classes you think I should check out whenI come home to visit?
take care
