huge salads, green smoothies and Karen Knowler's Kale and Avocado salad, YUM!
Interests (outside of Raw Food):
I run a website www.the homeopathiccoach.com that aims to teach people to use Homeopathy at home for themselves and their families. I write a FREE fortnightly homeopathy ezine called'Homeopathy@Home' for people who want to learn how to successfully use Homeopathy at home. It is packed with homeopathy know-how, tools and tips, hot off the press homeopathic news, as well as a feature article to inspire, educate and support you as you find out more about how to use homeopathic medicine.
I am obsessed with the ocean and have to be near it, or in it. My fav thing is to walk along the beach squelching my toes in the sand and letting the waves 'play' with my feet.

hi sam :) thank you so much for sharing your journey with me :) yes, emotional clearing is just a part of the process while going raw. i have days where i am just really happy and 'light' and then suddenly, i have moments where i feel some heavy emotions rise up from out of nowhere. you just take them as they come and try to get thru it ;) i am pretty sure my hormones are playing into things as well.

it is always so nice to hear about others and their journey, and to know i am not alone.

Hey Sam, I would love some links... searching out everything possible (you can send it to supercoconutchis@gmail.com) . I got time but is good to be prepared. I Live in Brazil now, born here. Just being somewhere with the option of even buy products from the net would be a huge upgrade for me ... It is non existing here....No community as well into lifefood. Australia attracts me a LOT ... the climate, the people and whole option of lifestyle.... But I would love to go to seminars, retreats and just similar mindset as well ...big decision to make!... Best SCChris

Homeopathy Raw-ks. Our 3 boys have not been vaccinated and when they get sick, the first mode of treatment — homeopathy. My aunt, cousin and 3 gorgeous nieces live in Sydney — Picnic Point and Catherine Field, to be precise.

Best wishes, Yung

Hi Sam! I joined Sprouts and thought we should be friends! About 2 weekends ago I went to a seminar with Brian Clement of the Hippocrates institute. I was so impressed with his compiled info on sprouts and I bought his book that has it all in there. I'm wanting to post it so we all have access to it. I thought it would help fill out the Sprout area too. What do you think?
Love,
mia

Hi Chelle, Thanks so much for that info. Have checked out Raw Pleasure which looks great and will look into the other site you gave me. Might see you at Centennial Park sometime...it's easy for me as I live in the East. Thanks

hey Sam, sorry I havent written back, been busy...
There's an official raw potluck in Sydney every month, and this march I believe there are to be two. They're held at Centennial Park and everyone is really nice. You can find info at giftsfromgaia.com and also for the extra one in March at raw-pleasure.com.au which is a site I would also recommend you check out to connect with other Aussie rawbies.
Cheers! xox Chelle

Hi Sam

Yeah it is pretty tasty isn't it? I think it's one of my faves now! I can quite easily munch through a whole bag of kale in one sitting but I think I convince myself that it shrinks when you add all the other ingredients :)
Karen's newsletters are great, always seem to tell me what I need to hear.
Much love
Em x
