Greetings to all my friends here at GI2MR, It has been 61 days since I completed the 92 day juice feast. I have gained back only a few pounds, of which I really needed. I haven't been here for a while because I have been on an incredible journey. May 31st, 2008 will make 92 days of the 92 Day Global Juice Feast. It has been the most awesome experience. Starting June 1st through the 5th, I will return to solid food. I will begin with soaked prunes and gradually introduce easy to digest raw foods back into my diet. I know I haven't been here in a while. I have been focusing on 92 days of juice feasting. Today I am on day 67. I am amazed that I have been living on nothing but juice for 67 days.
