anywho...I'm going to be in Miami for a week starting tomorrow. visiting a friend..and for the art fair

I'm not a frequent follower of you blog, but I did read your recent posts and have to agree with your admirers. I am VERY impressed with your courage and openess.

I certainly know the hard way that just because we have found the raw-lifetyle perhaps to heals us both emotionally and physically, that we cannot depend on the ride from there being easy and uneventful and not to further challenge our thoughts and processes and convictions.

I'm still not back 100% to my health goals but I have made alot of progress. I certainly don't have the courage to put myself out there like you!

I told David and he said he might swing down sometime this week. maybe we could all meet up. or if you were interested in going to one of a billion different art shows, which other then the main one are free.

I wanted to get a green juice in and I still might! Oh and I had a peice or 2 haha of gojiberry chocolate coconut fudge! I did however have a non raw slipp up :( Jess brought home guacomole with blue corn chips and I ate a few chips! Not a great day of raw but it's ok I'm really trying to listen to my body! I feel I really really need a raw retreat! On the positive side I did Bikram yoga last night......wow...talk about intense I loved it! Tell me about you.

What did you have?

About the papaya-thing...if you're not too against having it you can always try to find the best ones available and just make sure they are of such quality that they will ripen properly and that they doesn't taste weird but good. Or would this still spoil the pleasure?
