So, I've decided to use this space on my page as a "food journal" so to speak. I've been meaning to do this for some time, as think it will help me in tracking my journey and finding a tangible connection between my food and my life! Yay!
Here goes it:
Breakfast (6am):
Green smoothie, including-
A red apple
A banana
2 celery stalks
Handful kale
Handful spinach
Small bunch parsley
Cup water
Snack (around 2pm)
A banana
Dinner 6.30pm
Lettuce wraps, including-
2 celery stalks
Half large red caps…
