I am off to the Sunshine Coast of Australia in a couple of days time to soak up the sunshine, have lots of fun (might even take a surfing lesson :-0) and enjoy a change of scenery. I am wondering if any of you Aussies out there are able to direct me to any juicebars, wholefood markets or raw food cafes??? I will be in Maroochydore and Noosa. Anything you have to share would be truly appreciated. Love Chris xx

Great to hear from you and thanks heaps for the heads up on that book! I will definitely check it out and I will definitely keep up the blogging on my garden adventures!
By the way, I love your taste in books! I own Ask and it is given, + the power of now by Eckhart Tolle (which I will be reading very soon, when I feel magnetized to it :)
So are you living in WGTN at the moment? If so, I'm thinking a raw potluck should be on the menu very soon! :) Hope you are fantastically amazingly wonderful!

Good to meet you :0)
Have a great time in australia. I was in sydney recently with my daughter and there are a number of juice bars - a big chain is Boost Juice. Sorry, I don't have any experience of the sunshine coast but have a great time. I visited NZ also a few years ago and loved it. amazingly diverse habitats and so much space:)
Here in the UK the last 2 days have been v sunny and beautiful. had a b'day party for Jana (my daughter) yesterday with raw chocolate cake and ice cream and raw jelly - great fun.
be well

In Sydney, it's very easy to find raw juices. Just check that they don't include pasteurised juice e.g. apple juice from the bottle. Bondi Beach has a good juice bar, not sure of the address - near the big white hotel - sorry for the lack of specifics!
Macro Wholefoods Market, is like Wholefoods in the US - there's one on Bondi Road, Bondi Junction (east Sydney). another in Willoughby Road, Crows Nest (north Sydney) and another in Mona Vale (very north Sydney). But generally, you shouldn't have problem finding raw juices. And it specializes in organic food including juices, meals and organic supermarket. Do ask if your specific drink or meal is organic, as they also have non-organic.
Unfortunately, Sydney doesn't have any strictly raw food eateries. I think you'll need to ask for a salad and specify what you want on it. Manly (northern beaches, Sydney) has Pure Food ( www.purefood.com.au) which is supposedly organic, but I'd question the food you've chosen because it might or might not be organic:)
Would be awesome to connect!
Best, SCC
