About Me:: I'm a holistic nutrition counselor, authentically trained Pilates instructor, and raw chocolatier. I'm passionate about health, the raw lifestyle, and holistic healing. I have been vegetarian for many years and have played around with being raw for the last 3...Slowly but surely, the raw lifestyle has become more and more important to me and now is a huge part of my life. My goal is to make people more aware of how incredible the body is at healing itself...we can do anything with the right foods,mindset, and exercise.

How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc): After attending the Raw Spirit Festival, I have become extremely aware of how special and important the raw community truly is. Just knowing that there are people out there cheering for me, as I'm cheering for them...without judgement, is more support than I could ever wish for. Thank you so much.

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?: Pure Food and Wine's classic ice cream sundae :), mango, and green smoothies

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: I love yoga, pilates, photography, reading, spending time with loved ones, hiking, watching movies, and meeting new people.

Favorite Books or Authors:: Kite Runner, Bhagavad Gita, My Sister's Keeper, The Little Prince

I am fine, just super busy with projects, deadlines, and am training for a marathon. How are you? I totally agree that too much time has passed!!! .I miss you terribly too!. so what's going on with the CHOCOLATE??? You OK? You must fill me in, the not knowing is driving me bonkers! Well, it isn't my FAVORITE chocolate, I just like the orange and chocolate combo and the simple ingredients. I am doing well, just have this darned headache I haven't been able to shake since I arrived home from Sedona. :-( It is a structural problem that my doc is trying to address, but he says it will take time to adjust and fix. I don't think I am able to buy Fortina and they are officially out of business. Can you help me figure out how to make the orange chocolate bar? I LOVE IT and would like to have it, is there any way you guys could make it, if I told you the ingredients? I have no idea what the proportions are though. The ingredients are cacao, cacao butter, agave, and orange essential oil. The cacao I have SUCKS. I bought 4 different kinds of raw powder and none of my chocolates came out, the ingredients all separated, which is odd, because they never used to happen,. Also it was a bit grainy too. :( ARGH!!!!!! You know me, I live on chocolate daily and my supply is dwindling. I miss your chocolate too. I told every one of my friends and of course, everyone I meet about your chocolate. How can people order???? I want to put you on my sites.
