Great to meet people that are part of the raw food community in Sydney.
My wife and i are just starting out in Raw food (although we have been edging towards it little by little since two months or so, and are vegetarians and organic since quite a while...

I always wanted to go to Australia, everyone that I met from Autralia is so super nice, friendly, I am really looking forward to it and will visit soon! Right now I am planning on opening a National RAW Organic Franchise, maybe someone in Australia would like to open one of mine, each one gets TONS of support from me and I will make sure each one will be very successful. Currently I am consulting with a new Raw Organic Restaurant in Los Angeles, one in Santa Cruz and one in New Jersey, they are not my franchise but will promote and feature my recipes, I will help with their menu, they will sell my books, eco bamboo organic clothing, dvds, snacks, products, new ceramic knives but still have their own Restaurant Name/Identity so I do consult for restaurants and cafes and spas too!:)
