- Well...I'm just me. I love life. I have great friends, an awesome job and am generally happy all the time! I am comitted to constant self improvement and try to live each day to its fullest potential. I think that being positive gets you very far in life. I try to surround myself with good people. I don't have any regrets. Each day is a new adventure for me and it's all a learning experience! I have been vegetarian almost my entire life and recently made the transition to becoming vegan. My dad cured himself of Leukemia by going 100% raw. I have read a lot about raw living foods and now I am ready to do it!

4th Day High Raw
At this point I am trying to get more raw in while decreasing the amount of cooked food I consume. I could not sleep at all last night! I had aches and sharp pains in my body, I tossed and turned. So I got about 3 hours of sleep and then forced myself to get up. I decided to fast all day to give my body a rest. I spent the day at my Dad's house doing chores for him. (he pays me!) I also washed both of the dogs! That was fun.

My 3rd Day High Raw!
So this is my 3rd day raw! I started today by making a smoothie/milk with 3 bananas, a spoonful of almond butter and some cinnamon. It was creamy, reminded me of a latte. This is a good way to break the coffee/soy milk habit!

Am not allowed to smoke there either so hopefully I will be able to get a deep understanding of just why I smoke, not the nicotine because the withdrawal is so slight you hardly notice it. It`s a mental issue. I hope to get to the roots.

David Wolfe on Natural Cellular Defense Liquid Zeolite (NCD):

There is no such thing as a problem without a solution and opportunity for positive change. I believe that if we actually applied all the eco-technologies we currently have to solving our inner and outer environmental challenges, we could solve them all in two weeks.
In the field of health and nutrition, the problems of internal toxicity (heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, larvicides, fungicides, acrylamide, AGES, nitrates, sulfites, preservatives, food colorings, chemical solvents, carcinogens, chemical solvents, etc.) have reached absurd levels. However, this is not going completely unnoticed. Individuals everywhere, every day are waking up from a long slumber and are taking action towards a healthier, cleaner, purer lifestyle.
As more and more people realize the necessity of cleansing both their internal and external environments, scientists and researchers have been compelled to discover better and safer methods to help us detoxify and reach higher levels of health than ever before. To remove all of the harmful substances that have built up in our bodies over the years, they are increasingly turning to the healing power of raw earth compounds such as fulvic acid, humic acid, humates, shilajit, salts, clays and other unique natural mineral compounds.
Clay eating and clay bathing have been determined to be one of the great solutions to help free ourselves from environmental and food toxins. It is interesting to note that all wild vegetarian mammals, as well as many reptiles and birds, instinctively eat clay. Rodents, for example, when exposed to pesticides, will immediately consume clay (if available) in an effort to rid their bodies of the poison.
I have eaten clay for years, and it does have tremendous healing, soothing and detoxification effects that are unlike what you can accomplish with food alone.
Like salt, clay is an edible form of earth. Clay is highly absorptive. This means that clay can draw and trap toxic gases, liquids, or solids into itself. In other terms, clay (like other raw earth compounds) is highly negatively charged, and therefore specifically attracts highly positively charged substances like plastics, petrochemicals, heavy metals, food toxins, etc. Once pulled in, these toxins are then locked up and can be safely eliminated.
Zeolites: A Super Earth Compound:
Many of us have heard of bentonite clay and several other types of clays available on the market. I have been looking at different clays to distribute for years and have found that some people like some clays better than others and that some clays work better for certain people, just like food.
I have spent years looking for a clay that I could get behind. I was looking for the following criteria:
1. The clay had to work well for a large number of people.
2. The clay had to be easy to use.
3. The clay had to be very powerful in its detoxification effect, yet gentle on the digestive system.
4. The clay had to be easy to travel with.
Zeolites:
A few years ago, a naturopathic doctor turned me on to zeolite powder, a natural mineral compound that has actually been safely used for hundreds of years. I was impressed by the substance.
I call zeolites a “superclay,” even though they are truly a unique earth compound and are not scientifically categorized as a clay. Like clay, zeolites have strong detoxification abilities, yet zeolites are dramatically more powerful than clay.
There was no question that zeolites were on the right track to what I was looking for.
Then, sometime later, Dr. Gabriel Cousens, MD, alerted me to Natural Cellular Defense Liquid Activated Zeolites, a micronized, contaminant-free, microscopic zeolite powder suspended in liquid water. The micronization process breaks the zeolites down into very small particles thus increasing their effective surface area, making them more efficient at detoxification (they can touch more toxic particles and lock them up).
Natural Cellular Defense was easy to use because it came in a small dropper bottle.
Chelation (Locking Up and Removing Toxins):
Natural Cellular Defense appears to have a powerful chelating effect to remove toxic metals, pesticides, herbicides and other positively charged toxins from the system. It seems to do this in a hierarchical manner. It first acts strongly to remove lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic. It then acts to remove the pesticides, herbicides, furans, and other toxic chemicals called volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
NCD also seems to increase the rate of glucuronidation in the liver. This is a process where toxins are made more water soluble so that they can be eliminated more easily from the body. When we take the product, more pesticides, herbicides, and xeno-estrogens seem to be released through the urine. This is a result of the liver releasing all its held-in toxins, and thus, as we take NCD over time, the burden on our organs significantly decreases.
NCD also appears to protect people against aflatoxin (a fungal contaminant found in foods such as peanuts and corn products).
The way zeolites take out the toxic metals, pesticides, herbicides and other harmful substances is due to their molecular structure. Zeolites contain certain "cages" that are strongly negatively charged. These cages literally pull, trap, and tightly bind positively charged toxins. The zeolites so tightly bind the toxins that they are 100% excreted; they do not get redeposited in other places.
Dr. Gabriel Cousens, MD, has told me that NCD is the only product (herb, food, superfood, clay, etc.) he has ever found, that can remove all 14 of the major pesticides he tests people for. In fact, he says, nothing else even comes close!
After taking NCD nearly every day for 6 months, I was tested for toxic metals and came up with a shocking result — there were ZERO toxic heavy metals present in my body! In today’s severely polluted world, this is literally unheard of. Adding NCD into my daily health routine was the ONLY change I made, and I strongly suspect was the reason for these phenomenal results (in previous testing I had always shown a level of heavy metal toxicity). Even with this great result I have continued to take the product daily due to its overall wide-range of benefits.
Zeolites Used to Clean Up Nuclear Waste
The binding power of zeolite compounds work not only on the inner environment, but also on the outer environment by permanently trapping dangerous toxins in their crystalline cage structures. This was proven at the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, where tons of zeolites were sprayed onto the melting power plant to deactivate radioactive cesium and strontium-90 before it spread into the water system. Most people are not aware that all nuclear waste ever deposited in the United States has been put in storage containers surrounded and sealed by zeolite clay (the same substance that NCD is made out of)!
Purity
NCD is completely pure not only physically (chemically), but also ethically and morally. NCD is vegan friendly and has never been tested on animals. NCD is ethically mined without damaging the local environment from the most pure sources in the United States. NCD is quality controlled with the highest technology available. The manufacturing facility (where NCD is bottled) is certified to be GMP-compliant (Good Manufacturing Practices) by the FDA.
Dosage and Safety
Zeolites are considered by the FDA as "completely safe." They are listed on the GRAS list (generally recognized as safe).
Natural Cellular Defense Liquid Activated Zeolites come in both a convenient high-quality 15 ml plastic and 40 ml glass dropper bottle. You can take NCD with or without food, by itself on in water — the way in which it is consumed makes no difference in its effectiveness. Try adding Natural Cellular Defense drops to your drinking water or directly into your food. You do not need to worry about putting NCD under your tongue, as it is not sublingual.
The initial general recommended dosage for adults is 10 drops of Natural Cellular Defense three times a day, for at least 3 months. This is roughly equivalent to three 15 ml bottles, or one 40 ml bottle per month. Zeolites remain active in the body for a period of six hours, and then need to be replenished. Increasing to 15-20 drops, three times per day as part of a healing program can be valuable. Children can use two drops, three times a day, as a general dose, and increase the amount as necessary (gradually). NCD has also been proven safe and effective for use with animals.
Other than some dehydration, no negative side effects reported from NCD, nor have any upper dosage limits been found. As you increase your dosage, make sure you increase the amount of water you consume as well, so you stay properly hydrated for your body to function optimally.
According to research, it appears that our bodies are only able to absorb about 20 drops at a time, and that anything over that will simply be excreted. If you wanted to consume 60 drops in a day and absorb all of them, you would have to take 20 drops, wait several hours, take 20 more, wait an additional few hours, then consume the remaining 20 more drops.
After you have been using NCD for at least three months you can lower your dosage to a maintenance level of approximately three drops, three times a day (one 15 ml bottle per month), if you so choose. Depending on the environment in which you live (such as in a heavily-polluted city) and/or your health history, you may want to stay on a higher dosage continually.
Natural Cellular Defense varies slightly in taste depending on natural minerals found in the zeolite deposit. Generally, the product is nearly tasteless and close to odorless.
If you suspect you have been exposed to more toxins than normal or that you are carrying a high toxicity load then start with the smaller maintenance dosage of 3 drops, 3 times a day, and work your way up to a higher level at a rate that feels comfortable to you (this could be one week or it could be 3 months).
Learn to listen, above all else, to your own body — no one can ever know yourself better than you do.
MAKE SURE TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER! It is best to drink plenty of pure water (approximately 1 ounce per 2 pounds of body weight per day) while taking zeolites as water assists the zeolites to eliminate toxins. Nearly all “detox” symptoms one may experience while taking NCD are eliminated just by increasing the amount of water one drinks.
