Just wanna say hi to all at this great community.

I've been slowly going raw for the last 6 months. I'm interested in healthy food but also the effects our diet choices have on the world in terms of sustainability.

Check out my site on raw food health for lots of info on nutrition, superfoods, weight loss. There's also loads ofraw food videos to watch and discuss.

So there is me thinking abundantly, visualizing myself sitting on my sofa with a brand new apple notebook on me lap, alternating the view from sea to screen to sea.....We should be able to have it all really! ;)

I'll be moving to Mallorca next year. I'm teaming up with my sis who currently still lives in Munich.
She's gonna open a Food place/ Organic Wine bar there and I'm gonna help her open and run the thing.
Palma wasn't my first choice but it's a good one, we know people there and it's not tourist dependent for business.
I want to move onto Formentere or Ibiza at a later stage really.
But that's all in the future....

Sunny, rainy and REALLY windy Brighton more like it. You're not missing too much weather wise, mind you the sea does look good with all that wind throwing in around. I watch it from my window loads.
When was the last time you where down? Any raw friends here that we might have in common?

It sounds like you were having some strong detox symptoms though. I read that eating cooked food stops the detoxification process, so I reckon if you stuck it out with the 100% raw, eventually you'd be feeling more alive than you do now! Plus, apparently a lot of people start loosing a lot of weight when they go raw but then after a while you gain a bit of weight and then stabilise. As for those naughty Greggs you used to eat...tut tut...although not as bad as the doner kebabs I used to feast on!

What I like about this community is the whole lotta soul involved.some of the people i talk to could have been my neighbours or more...and doesnt feel any different! I would love to meet sooo many of the people here in person.i hope that happens with time...!!!
