p.s.i like to eat raw food too...ive been like a ping pong ball the last 13 years:veg to vegan to lacto/ovo/pesc to vegan to raw to veg to lacto/ovo/pesc to vegan to veg to lacto/ovo/pesc to vegan to raw to veg to vegan to raw to lacto/ovo/pesc to vegan...after a 21 day juice feast in march 2008 i am presently naturally gravitating towards being 99% vegan and 1/2 raw- it feels good:) now going for 99% vegan and 88% raw:)

- cucumbers with lemon and himalayan salt, apples with almond butter, dates, almonds, blueberries, ginger, mangos, coconut, goji, good olives, micro sprouts,avos w/lemon & himalayan salt, chlorella or spirulina salad, nori, coconutty's raw chocolate bars, garricks hemp chia energy disks, green juice, an aloe/banana/strawberry/lemon/lime/mint smoothie, chilled morrocan mint tea and KOMBUCHA!!!- and i could go on:)

I'm heading to Patagonia on Thursday for the Living foods chef programme. I'm super excited but also a little bit nervous...
It sounds really intense but that'll be good for me. Hopefully we will get enough down time to meet new people outside TOL. Also I dont know if it'll work in but hopefully I can rent a car and head to Sedona for at least 1 day. Knowing the area, roads etc do you think it's possible for a 1 day trip (not minding early starts).
