The first time I tried to go raw did not work out at all. I went cold turkey and that lasted for about 3-4 weeks. One of the problems is I'm a really awesome cook, and a lot of what I know how to do is not raw. I think I just need to get some uncookbooks or something... Life has been interesting lately. I've been working about 5-10 hours a week for the past month, which is nice. It's enough to keep me afloat and it gives me plenty of time to work on my own things. So it ends up I'm NOT going to California, which kinda sucks. I was going to be a recording engineer at the High Sierra Music Festival. It would have been all expenses paid, in beautiful northern California. I just make sure I'm around the stage to push a few buttons every 60-90 minutes for 12 hours a day over a period of four days, then I walk away with $1200.
