I do know that there are a lot of capoeria places around here that I feel would be good for you to get into. It is martial arts and dance, developed in brazil. Let me know what you find, and sorry i couldn't be of more assistance.

I have been on my own healing journey and was told by a medicine woman,last year I was off balance and was grounded in fire I needed to let go of some of the fire. Then last week I was with another healer and she told me I was off balance and I should consider martial arts or boxing for balance and release some fire. I see you are into martial arts. Do you have a place you would recommend for a newbie? peace&love
